Exchanges
To start a return exchange, send us an email for any return questions at nyaaleeapparel@gmail.com.
Please note that to process an exchange the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the items for exchange. On the other hand, the seller will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping the exchange back to you. All Exchanges Must Be Mailed and Sent to The Address Listed below:

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
EXCHANGES can only be made for UNWORN AND UNWASHED CLOTHING within seven (7) days after you've received the item. Any items that are sent back for exchange have to be in a SELLABLE condition (smoke-free, unworn, no stains, zero damage etc.) Or we will not accept them.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
