The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Our goal is to offer all our dear customers the best shipping options possible, no matter where you are located in the world. We are committed to delivering to hundreds of customers across the world.

All orders are sent to processing immediately after it has been placed. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed, please double check your order before finalizing your purchase.

• Processing and shipping time is 7 - 14 business days once an order is approved and completed.
• Pre-Orders will be processed within 21-30 business days

• All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order has been sent out for shipping, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates. 

•  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
• Shipping charges will vary depending on the designated location of your order.
